Sarah is the vision behind this new venture and she ensures a warm reception as you arrive at the farm, welcoming you to the relaxed atmosphere in this beautiful countryside spot. Sarah is a beekeeper, taking care of five hives on the land. She has planted the garden to attract and support the bees, and this project has grown into a venture growing wildflower fields. This is not just for the delicious honey that these bees produce, but also for crafting candles and soap, and most importantly, the environmental impact that it has. Sarah is very hands on and always has one of her renowned cakes in the oven. You only need to ask Simon and the locals to get a glowing review of these baked treats.
